Venminder addresses the tactical challenges of vendor management tasks by improving efficiency and compliance. Venminder provides the perfect suite of software and services to solve the problems of vendor management for our clients. We offer services to manage workloads related to; collecting compliance documentation, analyzing a vendor’s financial health, deploying paralegals to assist with vendor contracts, reviewing a vendors SOC report, monitoring a vendor’s cybersecurity posture and much more. Venminder also provides a software solution to organize, track and report findings to Senior Management, Board of Directors and, ultimately the examining bodies. It is a must have answer to meeting increasing regulatory requirements. The SaaS based software solution guides users through critical processes such as risk assessments, due diligence requirements and task management.

POSITION:

The candidate will primarily support the CEO and other executives of Venminder. The candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the executives by conducting research, preparing reports, and handling information requests. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for preparing correspondence, managing the executives’ calendars, and other duties to support the needs of the executives. Responsibilities typically include a combination of administrative and managerial functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conserve executives’ time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents
  • Heavy calendar management. Maintain calendar to manage meetings, travel, out of office, special events and corporate meetings
  • Provide effective and expeditious meeting coordination with both internal and external partners.
  • Event planning to include needs assessment, budget management, contract negotiation and oversight
  • Serve as a proxy for approving personal time off, sabbatical requests, HR changes, expenses, system access, equipment requests, etc.
  • Maintain company and client confidence by keeping all information confidential
  • Help executives prepare for meetings - collect and analyze information and prepare meaningful reports, presentation materials and other written documents
  • Prepare and track expense reports and receipts
  • Handle special projects as they come up
  • Provide general administrative support

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; business-related major is a plus
  • Integrity is critical due to the confidential and sensitive access and nature of information; must exhibit utmost discretion

Client Contract Specialist
Elizabethtown, KY
Full-Time, 11am-8pm
SUMMARY

The Client Contract Specialist is responsible for working with the sales department to create and maintain all documents surrounding client contracts.  This specialist will also enter all client contracts into Venminder and update them as needed.  In addition, this position tracks new sales, upsells and special provisioning on the Sales Report. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare client contracts using pre-defined templates and data provided from sales  
  • Ensure signatures are captured on all client documents via DocuSign  
  • Accurately enter client contract information into Venminder 
  • Insure that all client information is properly recorded within the Sales Report and Salesforce
  • Accurately track, report, and communicate to the client Flex balances on a monthly basis
  • Other duties as assigned 
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment  
  • Microsoft Office skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required 
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, time management skills and stress management skills
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a related field

POSITION:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Venminder, you will join a fast-paced and talented software development team consisting of web designers, business analysts and full-stack software engineers.

You will turn our clients’ business needs into high quality software solutions that improve efficiencies and ensure compliance of our clients’ vendor management workloads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consult with business and technical teams to clarify software application intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.
  • Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to perform systems analysis and software development tasks to enhance and maintain the software applications.
  • Analyze, design and write software application using user stories, design diagrams, and applying system architecture, design and software development knowledge.
  • Conduct various testing cycles of the software applications to ensure they will consistently produce the desired results.
  • Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing software applications to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
  • Assist in making architectural decisions for the future of the software and infrastructure that runs it.

Primary Objective:
Venminder is seeking a successful, seasoned Sales Executive to build book of business within our US segment. The ideal candidate will need to plan and prioritize sales activities with a goal of creating new opportunities. This position is critical to the success of our company and our customers.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to create sales opportunities.
  • Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of a client’s business, identifying challenges and opportunities as well as how to position third party risk solutions to match the prospects needs.
  • Proven ability to understand and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate to prospects exclusively via phone and conference calls.
  • Experience in web-based tools for demonstrations to clients.
  • Demonstrates product and industry knowledge of the third-party risk management marketplace, trends and competitive intelligence.

Experience Required
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales representing enterprise software, SaaS or FinTech solutions. Knowledge of the banking vertical a must.
  • Experience in selling third party risk management and/or risk management solutions preferred.

  • Consistent performance in meeting monthly sales goals.

Education Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
