Client Contract Specialist
Elizabethtown, KY

Position Summary: 

The Client Contract Specialist is responsible for working with the sales department to create and maintain all documents surrounding client contracts. This specialist will also enter all client contracts into Venminder and update them as needed.  In addition, this position tracks new sales, upsells and special provisioning on the Sales Report. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client contracts using pre-defined templates and data provided from sales  
  • Ensure signatures are captured on all client documents via DocuSign  
  • Accurately enter client contract information into Venminder 
  • Ensure that all client information is properly recorded within the Sales Report and Salesforce
  • Accurately track, report and communicate to the client Flex balances on a monthly basis
  • Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements: 

  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment  
  • Microsoft Office skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required 
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, time management skills and stress management skills

Core Competencies: 

  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a related field

Product Designer
Elizabethtown, KY

Position Summary: 

The candidate will be responsible for creating HTML prototypes of the Venminder application prior to development. This allows the team to walk through various workflows and scenarios to ensure an optimal user experience. Venminder encourages their designers to be innovative in their design while being mindful to the application’s overall aesthetic. 

Small teams comprised of a product designer and business analyst will take lead on a number of projects to design user interfaces and workflows for a feature within the Venminder application. Product Designers meet with the Chief Solution Architect multiple times a week to present their progress on their assigned project(s).  

After the design and acceptance criteria are handed off for development, the product designer will continue to support the project by providing guidance to the development team and testing the final product for accuracy against the original design and workflow.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Gather information from stakeholders for new/upcoming projects 
  • Convert ideas for design and workflow into a HTML prototype 
  • Present progress in regularly scheduled design meetings 
  • Collaboration with business analyst to finalize project for development 
  • Provide design support and constructive feedback to fellow product designers 
  • Support projects as they progress through development cycles, including product testing 
  • Continually build knowledge base of the Venminder application and its inner workings 
  • Demo of prototype to stakeholders and application end users (clients) 

Job Requirements:

  • Portfolio of previous work
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, SASS and Bootstrap 
  • Software knowledge/experience to ideally include:
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Microsoft Office
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Javascript/Query preferred 
  • Previous experience with creating SaaS applications 
  • Experience using Visual Studio a plus, but not required

Vendor Management Specialist
Elizabethtown, KY

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the vendor management relationship for Document Acquisition - to work directly with document acquisition vendors to keep documents current and available in support of our institution relationships.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the key contacts at vendor
  • Assist vendors in understanding the request requirements utilizing both verbal and written communication skills
  • Monitor queue daily to ensure prompt attention is given to assigned documents
  • Adhere to established deadlines
  • Accuracy of document loading to the appropriate institution with clean visual appearance
  • Escalate relationship concerns to Management Team in a timely fashion
  • Insure that all vendor information obtained is properly recorded within the Salesforce application
  • Other duties as assigned

Client Support Specialist
Elizabethtown, KY

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the support of Venminder’s client base via chat, email and phone.  The specialist is also responsible for having expert knowledge of Venminder software, to quickly identify alternative resolutions to the client’s vendor management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at the institution
  • Conduct individual or group software training, when needed
  • Answer inbound calls, chats, and e-mails within defined time limit
  • Complete special projects in a timely manner as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving atmosphere

Sales Development
Sales Development Representative
Elizabethtown, KY

Sales Development Representatives (SDR) at Venminder will use new ‘Sales 2.0’ prospecting techniques to develop qualified leads for the business. To develop the lead, you will need to do research, reach out to prospects and have consultative discussions to create qualified sales opportunities for the closing team.

The SDR will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into business accounts. You’ll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target, and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

The SDR will conduct initial, high-level conversations with senior executives about their business, their vendor management issues and their operations. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. The compensation package includes a commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities 
  • Strategize with top-producing sales managers on specific vertical industry expertise 
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email and outbound phone calls
  • Engage executives in target prospect accounts to understand business operations and vendor management issues 
  • Orchestrate discussions with senior executives on business need and escalate to assigned Account Executive for closing 
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects 
  • Leverage CRM tools to prospect into targeted vertical accounts 


  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
  • Experience calling outbound and/or talking to customers and selling is preferred
