Relationship Manager

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for building strong relationships with the Venminder client base through the onboarding processes, engaging them in the software and guiding them on vendor management best practices. Monitoring their account to ensure proper usage of purchases are occurring, while also recognizes possible upsell opportunities. The position will serve as the primary point of contact through the life of the client’s contract.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create an energetic and positive atmosphere focused on continuous improvement, attentiveness to customer needs, and prompt responsiveness
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the key contacts with vendors and client
  • Manage high profile clients
  • Monitor client account to ensure proper usage is taking place
  • Liaison between other core areas and client to ensure delivery of services are meeting SLAs
  • Identify process enhancements and escalate to Management Team
  • Establish training procedures to be utilized in your role as Trainer
  • Escalate client or vendor concerns to Management Team in a timely manner

Job Requirements: 

  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Microsoft Office skills

Core Competencies:

  • College degree preferred

Operations
Information Security Specialist
Elizabethtown, KY
Full-Time

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for performing analyses of System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1 and 2 reports, documentation such as Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Cybersecurity, overall Information Security, and Regulatory Compliance and Operations. You’ll be a part of the Information Security Team and report to the Information Security Officer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform analyses of documentation surrounding Information Security, Cybersecurity, SOC reports, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Regulatory Compliance and Operations, and related disciplines in alignment with established practices
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and supporting departments
  • Participate in the creation, review, and delivery of marketing and training materials as needed
  • Performs duties as needed supporting departmental growth
  • Adhere to established deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related field
  • Associates or higher degree in business-related field, preferred
  • Information Security, Risk, or Audit certifications, preferred

Knowledge or Skills:

  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates ability to adopt defined internal standards
  • Demonstrates ability to work remotely, proven experience preferred
  • Demonstrates ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Understanding of an organizations overall control environment

Client Support Specialist

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the support of Venminder’s client base via chat, email and phone.  The specialist is also responsible for having expert knowledge of Venminder software, to quickly identify alternative resolutions to the client’s vendor management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at the institution
  • Conduct individual or group software training, when needed
  • Answer inbound calls, chats, and e-mails within defined time limit
  • Complete special projects in a timely manner as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving atmosphere

Sales Development
Sales Development Representative
Elizabethtown, KY

Sales Development Representatives (SDR) at Venminder will use new ‘Sales 2.0’ prospecting techniques to develop qualified leads for the business. To develop the lead, you will need to do research, reach out to prospects and have consultative discussions to create qualified sales opportunities for the closing team.

The SDR will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into business accounts. You’ll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target, and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

The SDR will conduct initial, high-level conversations with senior executives about their business, their vendor management issues and their operations. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. The compensation package includes a commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities 
  • Strategize with top-producing sales managers on specific vertical industry expertise 
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email and outbound phone calls
  • Engage executives in target prospect accounts to understand business operations and vendor management issues 
  • Orchestrate discussions with senior executives on business need and escalate to assigned Account Executive for closing 
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects 
  • Leverage CRM tools to prospect into targeted vertical accounts 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
  • Experience calling outbound and/or talking to customers and selling is preferred
  • A commanding desire to learn and succeed in consultative selling
  • A positive, can do attitude with drive to deliver against goals
  • Ability to write succinct, crisp emails; writing sample requested
  • Clear communication style and great phone manner
