Venminder provides the perfect suite of software and services to solve the problems of vendor management for our clients. We offer services to manage workloads related to; collecting compliance documentation, analyzing a vendor’s financial health, deploying paralegals to assist with vendor contracts, reviewing a vendors SOC report, monitoring a vendor’s cybersecurity posture and much more. Venminder also provides a software solution to organize, track and report findings to Senior Management, Board of Directors and, ultimately the examining bodies. It is a must have answer to meeting increasing regulatory requirements. The SaaS based software solution guides users through critical processes such as risk assessments, due diligence requirements and task management.

POSITION:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Venminder, you will join a fast-paced and talented software development team consisting of web designers, business analysts and full-stack software engineers.

You will turn our clients’ business needs into high quality software solutions that improve efficiencies and ensure compliance of our clients’ vendor management workloads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consult with business and technical teams to clarify software application intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.
  • Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to perform systems analysis and software development tasks to enhance and maintain the software applications.
  • Analyze, design and write software application using user stories, design diagrams, and applying system architecture, design and software development knowledge.
  • Conduct various testing cycles of the software applications to ensure they will consistently produce the desired results.
  • Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing software applications to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
  • Assist in making architectural decisions for the future of the software and infrastructure that runs it.
  • Mentor junior software engineers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent applicable career experience)
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing Web applications with high availability and reliability, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Passion for software development primarily with Microsoft technologies including but not limited to:
    • C#
    • ASP.NET 4.0+ / ASP.NET Core / MVC 5+ / Ajax
    • Aurelia and/or Angular 2+ / KnockoutJS
    • HTML / JavaScript / TypeScript / Bootstrap
    • Node / Webpack
    • Visual Studio 2015/2017
    • SQL Server 2014+
    • Entity Framework 6
    • VSTS
    • Test Driven Design / Development
    • Fast learning skills and effective information acquisition strategies.

Inbound Marketing Coordinator
Elizabethtown, KY

SUMMARY:

Venminder has an opening in our fast-paced and innovative marketing team for an Inbound Marketing Coordinator. We are seeking a motivated coordinator who loves marketing – especially inbound marketing, can think outside the box, is a self-starter and can work independently once given instruction. This position will help support implementing Venminder’s inbound strategy to drive, convert and delight leads.

POSITION:

The Inbound Marketing Coordinator duties will include supporting the launch of campaigns by loading our content management system (Hubspot) with our blog posts, landing pages and e-mail. This position also assists with all social media postings, sponsored ads in social and Google Ads.

Position can be held remotely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drafting and writing content
  • Coordinating with content creators
  • Creating landing and thank you pages per department’s guidelines
  • Preparing batch, follow-up and automation emails
  • Working with team in creation of call-to-actions throughout the site
  • Assisting with SEO (keyword research, link building, etc.)
  • Assisting the team as needed in launching campaigns
  • Manage and keep blog and social calendar up-to-date
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices
  • Assist in any other marketing activities as needed

ADDITIONAL NOTES OR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Inbound Marketing and HubSpot all-in-one marketing platform certifications must be achieved at the beginning of employment
  • BA/BS degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HubSpot tools (or similar CMS)
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing concepts – SEO, blogging, social media, lead nurturing, workflow management, email marketing and more.
  • Driven and ambitious to succeed
  • Bonus skills: Knowledge of Salesforce campaigns, basic HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
