Third Party Compliance Officer
Elizabethtown, KY
Full-Time

Position Summary:

The Third-Party Compliance Officer will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer but will have responsibilities that cross multiple departments, specifically the Information Security and Marketing departments. This position may require occasional travel to meet with clients and/or industry related conferences. This position will be responsible for compliance and risk management of Venminder’s clients’ third-party activities. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in vendor management, a very strong understanding of financial services and other control environments and is an involved and astute partner to the other business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the review of Third Party Risk Management policy and program assessment work
  • Assist in the creation of various infographic and thought leadership pieces
  • Drive involvement with Risk Assessments, Vendor Risk Scoring, Information Security and other risk areas
  • Partner with clients to understand the complex banking regulatory framework
  • Develop a go-forward strategy to evolve the Third Party Risk Management products and services
  • Partner with Sales and Client Service teams to assist in the achievement of new client goal

Job Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in third party risk and regulatory compliance management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • CRCM most importantly, CISSP, CERP, or equivalent certification and experience, REQUIRED
  • Strong Writing skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • In depth working knowledge of the regulatory guidance and applicable consumer protection laws
  • Strong project management, internal consulting, and partnering skills
  • Balance and successfully manage competing priorities
  • Strong industry participant with knowledge of best practice

Client Support Specialist
Elizabethtown, KY
Full-Time

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the support of Venminder’s client base via chat, email and phone.  The specialist is also responsible for having expert knowledge of Venminder software, to quickly identify alternative resolutions to the client’s vendor management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at the institution
  • Conduct individual or group software training, when needed
  • Answer inbound calls, chats, and e-mails within defined time limit
  • Complete special projects in a timely manner as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving atmosphere
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Core Competencies:

  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Vendor Management Specialist
Elizabethtown, KY

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the vendor management relationship for Document Acquisition. To work directly with document acquisition vendors to keep documents current and available in support of our institution relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the key contacts at vendor
  • Assist vendors in understanding the request requirements utilizing both verbal and written communication skills
  • Monitor queue daily to ensure prompt attention is given to assigned documents
  • Adhere to established deadlines
  • Accuracy of document loading to the appropriate institution with clean visual appearance
  • Escalate relationship concerns to Management Team in a timely fashion
  • Insure that all vendor information obtained is properly recorded within the Salesforce application
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible with ability to smoothly transition with changing priorities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Microsoft Office skills
