Client Contract Specialist

Job Summary: 

The Client Contract Specialist is responsible for working with the sales department to create and maintain all documents surrounding client contracts. This specialist will also enter all client contracts into Venminder and update them as needed. In addition, this position tracks new sales, upsells and special provisioning on the Sales Report.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare client contracts using pre-defined templates and data provided from sales
  • Ensure signatures are captured on all client documents via DocuSign
  • Accurately enter client contract information into Venminder
  • Ensure that all client information is properly recorded within the Sales Report and Salesforce
  • Accurately track, report and communicate to the client flex balances on a monthly basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Microsoft Office skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, time management skills and stress management skills

Core Competencies: 

  • College degree preferred

Client Support Specialist

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the support of Venminder’s client base via chat, email and phone. The specialist is also responsible for having expert knowledge of Venminder software, to quickly identify alternative resolutions to the client’s vendor management processes. The hours for this position are 11am-8pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at the organization
  • Conduct individual or group software training, when needed
  • Answer inbound calls, chats and e-mails within defined time limit
  • Complete special projects in a timely manner as assigned

Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

Sales Development Representatives (SDR) at Venminder will use new ‘Sales 2.0’ prospecting techniques to develop qualified leads for the business. To develop the lead, you will need to do research, reach out to prospects and have consultative discussions to create qualified sales opportunities for the closing team.

The SDR will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into business accounts. You’ll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target, and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities. The SDR will conduct initial, high-level conversations with senior executives about their business, their vendor management issues and their operations. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. The compensation package includes a commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities
  • Strategize with top-producing sales managers on specific vertical industry expertise
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email and outbound phone calls
  • Engage executives in target prospect accounts to understand business operations and vendor management issues

  • Consult with managerial and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.

The Salesforce Administrator leads the ongoing development of our salesforce.com deployment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to step into a mature Salesforce environment with a well-documented and disciplined sales process.

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our SFDC platform. This position partners with management on projects and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Primary system administrator of Salesforce (Enterprise Edition) including: Software Integrations, Workflows, Apps (install, deinstall and maintenance), Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Forecast Hierarchies, Role Hierarchies, Profiles, Custom Automation, Fields, Page Layouts and more
  • Test, validate and execute approved configuration changes to fields, workflows, reports, roles, permissions, security settings, layouts, custom objects, reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Assist with all sales operations related projects examples: territory alignment, competitive buildout, customizable forecasting, opportunity creation
  • General list manipulation and mass updates for territory updates, marketing requests and database cleanup. Use of Validity (CRMFusion/PeopleImport) for: scenario building, scenario testing, scenario troubleshooting
  • Support with configuration and maintenance of integrated applications to Salesforce including: property field mapping, process workflows, efficiency updates, API call management, technical troubleshooting (tools include: Salesforce Rollup Helper, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkPoint, Cirrus Insight)
  • Collaborate with Salesforce users to support them in their role and provide ongoing training

Third Party Compliance Officer

Position Summary:

The Third-Party Compliance Officer will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer but will have responsibilities that cross multiple departments, specifically the Information Security and Marketing departments. This position may require occasional travel to meet with clients and/or industry related conferences. This position will be responsible for compliance and risk management of Venminder’s clients’ third-party activities. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in vendor management, a very strong understanding of financial services and other control environments and is an involved and astute partner to the other business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the review of Third Party Risk Management policy and program assessment work
  • Assist in the creation of various infographic and thought leadership pieces
  • Drive involvement with Risk Assessments, Vendor Risk Scoring, Information Security and other risk areas
  • Partner with clients to understand the complex banking regulatory framework
  • Develop a go-forward strategy to evolve the Third Party Risk Management products and services
  • Partner with Sales and Client Service teams to assist in the achievement of new client goal

Job Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in third party risk and regulatory compliance management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • CRCM most importantly, CISSP, CERP, or equivalent certification and experience, REQUIRED
  • Strong Writing skills
