POSITION:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Venminder, you will join a fast-paced and talented software development team consisting of web designers, business analysts and full-stack software engineers.

You will turn our clients’ business needs into high quality software solutions that improve efficiencies and ensure compliance of our clients’ vendor management workloads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consult with business and technical teams to clarify software application intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.
  • Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to perform systems analysis and software development tasks to enhance and maintain the software applications.
  • Analyze, design and write software application using user stories, design diagrams, and applying system architecture, design and software development knowledge.
  • Conduct various testing cycles of the software applications to ensure they will consistently produce the desired results.
  • Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing software applications to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
  • Assist in making architectural decisions for the future of the software and infrastructure that runs it.
  • Mentor junior software engineers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent applicable career experience)
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing Web applications with high availability and reliability, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Passion for software development primarily with Microsoft technologies including but not limited to:
    • C#

POSITION:
The BA will serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, development and the end user. The BA will sit in regularly scheduled meetings to gather requirements for projects/products. The BA will work closely with the design and development teams to ensure clear understanding each project so that the company can deliver a quality product to the end user.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.
  • Making sure that the recommended solution is commercial yet competitive.
  • Documenting and analyzing the required information and data.
  • Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.
  • Evaluating the information gathered through workshops and surveys, business process description and task analysis.
  • Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
  • Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
  • Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment utilizing SCRUM.
  • Proven experience writing User Stories in the form of User Role/Goal/Reason.
  • Proven experience writing acceptance tests for user stories in the form of Given/When/Then.
  • Proven experience testing software to ensure it meets acceptance criteria.

Position:
Business Development Manager (BDR Manager) to lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (BDR’s). The ideal candidate will need to be able to manage people, process and develop strategy with the goal of creating new opportunities for the sales team. This position is critical to the success of our company and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver against team goals on Discovery Calls, Demos and opportunities created
  • Lead, manage and teach team of BDR’s what they need to do
  • Manage and develop as needed processes to generate new sales opportunities
  • Develop/modify email and call scripts as needed with help from marketing team
  • Manage relationship and communicate appropriately with Sales team, marketing team and leadership
  • Leverage CRM tools to guide team in prospecting into targeted accounts

Job Requirements:

  • Experience as a BDR required.
  • Experienced managing team of BDR’s preferred.
  • Prior experience prospecting into Financial Institutions or Financial Services companies preferred but not required

Primary Objective: Venminder is seeking a successful, seasoned Sales Executive to build book of business within our US segment. The ideal candidate will need to plan and prioritize sales activities with a goal of creating new opportunities. This position is critical to the success of our company and our customers.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to create sales opportunities.
  • Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of a client’s business, identifying challenges and opportunities as well as how to position third party risk solutions to match the prospects needs.
  • Proven ability to understand and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate to prospects exclusively via phone and conference calls.
  • Experience in web-based tools for demonstrations to clients.
  • Demonstrates product and industry knowledge of the third-party risk management marketplace, trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Proven record of matching customers’ needs with solution.
  • Proven record of building and managing a sales pipeline including maintaining and progressing prospects targeted for future months.
  • Candidate must be a strong closer.

Experience Required

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales representing enterprise software, SaaS or FinTech solutions. Knowledge of the banking vertical a must.
  • Experience in selling third party risk management and/or risk management solutions preferred.
  • Strong track record of success in meeting sales goals.
  • Consistent performance in meeting monthly sales goals.

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a BDR to build a pipeline of leads.
  • Take ownership of the leads and progress the leads to closure.
  • Maintain detailed and evolving 30/60/90-day plan
  • Maintain appropriate sales development activity to ensure healthy pipeline management.
  • Proactively build relationships with all accounts to ensure success.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to position Venminder as the selected vendor.
  • Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally.
  • Meticulous use of Salesforce CRM for opportunity management and reporting
  • Responsive, reliable and results oriented.
  • Candidate will be home office based, travel is not required
