Challenge

Doane University is a nationally recognized university in Nebraska known for its leadership in higher education offering undergraduate and graduate programs through three colleges. Prior to Venminder, the university was managing their vendors and contract details in spreadsheets. Joshua Johnson, Executive Assistant for Financial Affairs and HR Assistant at Doane University, provided some insight into their challenges.

“Our contracts were housed in physical locations only, not electronically. The contract details were kept in a spreadsheet, so alerts were manual. This made it difficult to both track and review for proper oversight,” said Joshua.


Solution

Joshua has a favorite system feature that he feels makes a world of a difference in his processes.
